How can I order from Timber Products?
We sell to distributors, manufacturers and wholesalers in regular truckload quantities. If you’re looking for less-than-truckload quantities, we’d be happy to connect you with one of our distributors.

Can I order a mixed truckload of softwood and hardwood plywood panels?
Yes. We offer a wide range of panel products and can fulfill mixed truckloads, including hardwood plywood in a variety of species and grades, softwood plywood, thermally fused laminates and roll laminates.
Just let us know what you need and our team can help identify the right product mix.
Can I get a product sample?
Yes. If you are a current customer, please reach out to your Timber Products account manager with your request.
If you are not a current Timber Products customer, please fill out the contact form above, select “New Customer Inquiry,” and include the product you are interested in sampling. Depending on the product and your location, samples may come directly from Timber Products or we may connect you with a distributor near you who can help.
How do I schedule a pickup appointment for my order?
Visit our Transportation Scheduler and select “Schedule Customer Pickup.” You’ll need your Load ID, Pickup Number (including the SHIP-#### number) and Sales Order Number. Once entered, you can select an available date and appointment time.

Where can I find SDS sheets for your products?
All Safety Data Sheets, or SDS sheets, are available on our Certifications page, along with our other certificates and technical documentation.
Where can I find a spec sheet for a specific product?
Product flyers, spec sheets, and technical documents are available on our Library & Documentation page. Many product-specific resources are also available on individual product pages.
Does Timber Products add formaldehyde to its products?
Timber Products is committed to meeting strict formaldehyde emissions standards for composite wood products. Our applicable products meet CARB Phase 2 and EPA TSCA Title VI requirements, which regulate formaldehyde emissions from hardwood plywood, particleboard and MDF.
To support low-emitting products, we use no-added-formaldehyde (NAF) and ultra-low-emitting-formaldehyde (ULEF) resin systems where applicable. Full compliance documentation is available on our Certifications page, and more detail is available in our Clearing the Air flyer.
