National Truck Driver Appreciation Week 2023
National Truck Driver Appreciation Week took place from September 10th to the 16th and we were very excited to show our TP Trucking & Logistics drivers just how appreciative we are for the work they do! During the Tuesday and Wednesday of the week, TP Trucking & Logistics employees cooked breakfast, lunch and dinner for all our drivers going through Central Point, OR and Thomson, GA. Drivers were able to meet and hang out with other drivers and all the Central Point and Thomson employees. And all drivers received TP branded coolers filled with swag and goodies.
Also during this celebration individuals were recognized for the work they do. Drivers were nominated by supervisors for ‘Company Driver of the Year’ and ‘Rookie of the Year’. The winner of the Company Driver of the Year for the Eastern Division was Timothy Harris, and for the Western Division was Deon Meadows. The Company Rookie of the Year was given to Kristen McKenzie! Thank you so much to all our drivers, we couldn’t do it without you!
